Custom sizes, high frequency, low amplitude screeners ideal for fine mesh separation (4 mesh to 325 mesh). Sizes from 80 square inches (500 sq cm) to 24 square feet (2.2 sq m) of screening area. Ideal for dedusting or fine separation. Features adjustable amplitude, fixed 3600 cycle frequency, no maintenance drives.
Custom sizes, frequency range of 600 cpm to 1200 cpm, high amplitude up to 7/16inch (11 mm) stroke. Ideal for medium to coarse separation of coal, aggregates, ore, glass, building waste, up to 4inch (100 mm) screen openings, from 4 square feet (3700 sq cm) to 100 square feet (9.3 sq m) screen sizes. Features: Standard TEfC motor, adjustable amplitude, adjustable drive angle.

Brute Force Mechanical Screeners are an ideal solution when high amplitude is required to perform a screening operation. Tray amplitudes reaching .5 (13mm) helps to agitate material to drive off moisture. The operating frequency is approximately 900 RPM.
Tm units are a clean design that is often utilized for screening applications in thefood or other sanitary markets. This mechanical unit can be designed with an enclosed tray, quick-removal screens, low profile and a variety of other options. Models over 25 ft (7.6 meters) can be designed for your application.
The HV high capacity screeners offer a good solution for small to medium separation of materials. With a maximum of .43 (llmm) amplitude and operating frequency of 900 to 1200 cycles per minute, the heavy duty HV screener is ideal for coal, aggregates, glass and other demanding environments. The adjustable drive angle of the HV is unique features with added versatility and an excellent choice for many applications.
These units are well suited for fine material separations. These high frequency, 3600 vibrations per minute (3000 VPm @ 50 Hz), and low amplitude, .060 (l.5mm) are ideal for dedusting and other fines mesh (4 to 200 mesh) separation. Models are also available for Class II, Div. 1, GroupF and G environments.
Eriez High Deflection Screeners have the advantages of an electromagnetic design with the added benefit of high amplitude. Operating at a fixed 1800 vibrations per minute and approximately 1875 amplitude, the HD designs offer the nearly maintenance-free operation of our electromagnetic design with high amplitude, similar to a mechanical screener. This unique design makes the HD models a very flexible design that is suitable for a wide range of applications.
