The RockRanger RJ is a fully transportable primary crushing plant complete with a Parker Rocksizer single toggle Jaw crusher. The under frame is carried on bottom members designed to distribute ground loading, and is complete with a set of four hydraulic jack legs operated from the main plant hydraulic system to raise the crusher up for positioning on a suitable trailer unit.

Built around a strong straight beam chassis with standard supports for feed section, jaw crusher, power unit and conveyor frame. The RockRanger RJ is a high-capacity, extremely mobile crushing unit suitable for urban recycling and demolition projects.

The RockRanger RM is a fully transportable hook-lift type primary crushing plant complete with a Parker Rocksizer single toggle Jaw crusher. The under-frame members are designed to the universal industry standard for hook lift frames [DIN or CHEM Standard] and when off-loaded distributes ground loadings.

The straight beam design chassis incorporates access and maintenance platforms to the engine and crusher and platforms to one side of the crusher feed chute. The RockRanger RM is a high-capacity, extremely versatile mobile crushing unit suitable for urban recycling and demolition projects.

Designed to operate as fully hydraulic controlled secondary and tertiary machines across a wide range of duties, the Parker cone crusher is a universal machine that can be configured with many alternative cavities and profiles to compliment the requirements of feed and final product required.

The Hunter is a simple self-contained jaw-crushing unit that incorporates a rotary screen & feed platform. The CrushRanger models available are two stage, closed-circuit arrangements with jaw, cone, rolls crusher and screen options mounted on one chassis.

The RM0745 is arranged for transport using a standard hook lift truck, whereas the RJ0850 uses integral swivelling hydraulic jacks to raise the unit from ground level and enable a flat bed trailer to reverse under for transport.

The RockSizer / StoneSizer up-thrust single toggle design has specific features that benefit the user with lower manganese wear rates and power consumption per tonne of material crushed with improved product shape whilst maintaining higher outputs than old double-toggle style designs. The ten standard models in the RockSizer / StoneSizer range cover output capacities from 5tph to over 200tph.

The RockSledger down-thrust single toggle design provides a more aggressive crushing motion and subsequently higher capacities are achieved. Six standard models in the RockSledger range provide outputs from 70tph to over 850tph and are at the core of the designs used by Parker in their ranges of static, transportable and mobile jaw crushing plants.

RockSizer primary stage jaw crushers feature the upthrust toggle action which is also common to the StoneSizer range. Developed by Parker, this gives a slight downward movement to the swing jaw that promotes a forced feed and therefore increased output while at the same time minimising any rubbing action resulting in a well shaped product and reduced and even wear on the crushing jaws.

The RockRanger has a wide discharge conveyor with good clearance under the crusher. Installation is rapid and easy to set up. The feed hopper is an externally reinforced heavy-duty steel plate hopper to stand up to the toughest of jobs.

Mounted on a robust, semi-trailer chassis, a Parker RockSizer or RockSledger primary jaw is combined with a matched, high strength feeder/grizzly and integral product conveyor to give owners portable primary crushing at its best.

Available in three sizes, the well proven original Parker Kubitizer Impact breaker produces material with outputs ranging from 40-200 tonnes per hour and is ideal for working in a composite crushing arrangement with Parker primary crushing plants, screens and conveyors.

The HD model impactor crusher is designed and included into the Parker range of crushing equipment to handle a multitude of process applications where primary, secondary and tertiary processing of materials is required.

From highly abrasive materials such as sandstones, gravel, cement slag, furnace waste, glass, granite and basalts to the recycling of asphalt, building and demolition materials and concrete, and through to the lighter and medium-low silica materials that include limestone, shale, coal and others the HD impact crusher can be adapted to suit and make an effective solution.

The models of HD impact crushers are featured within the Parker tracked units, along with the standard configurations of static and mobile/transportable options for modular plant layouts and allow for easily moveable units with rapid production set up with capacities in excess of 300tph. The crushers include machines with two and four bar rotors and the design and materials used for blow bars and wear liner plates provide maximum wear / metal utilisation factors.

Impact arms of the crusher are hydraulically adjusted to control the product size output and rate of production and the large cross section of both feed and discharge crusher openings provides free-flow of the material process whilst minimising blocking of any slabby feed materials and clogging at the exit point. The full hydraulic opening of the crusher also making routine maintenance and repair/service easy to carry out.

Incorporating the well proven original Parker Kubitizer Impact breaker producing material with outputs ranging from 40-200 tonnes per hour, this unit is ideal for working in a composite crushing arrangement with Parker primary crushing plants, screens and conveyors.

The 40 tph Model 102, 100 tph Model 103 or the 200 tph Model 105 are available with all-electric motor drives for use in quarries with grid supply or generating sets. Alternatively, self-contained diesel powered units with heavy duty air filtration can be offered for totally independent operations.
