The Roll positioning has been so designed so as to obtain 505O soap to roller contact
The contact parts of the Rolls are of Stainless Steel 420 with a reduced uniform thickness for better heat transfer and a surface hardness of 500 BHN.
Gap setting mechanism with near back lash free Gear Box to set the required gaps
The Roll gaps are maintained through a hydraulic system ensuring a uniform final gap as required
The labyrinth passage in each of the Rolls ensures a high turbulence for proper heat transfer.
The positioning of the Scraper Blade is through a Pneumatic arrangement
The Scraper engages when there is soap in the Rollers thus avoiding unnecessary rubbing of rollers when the machine is running idle.
A built in discharge conveyor ensures complete removal of Milled material / splashing.
For safety a transparent polycarbonate cover is provided for rotating parts
The Operating Control Panel is mounted next on the machine and is duly wired internally which has all the required switch gears including soft starters for the motors. Thus only a single electrical connection needs to be provided for the machine start-up.
The control panel has all the indicating instruments to monitor the cooling water temperature, amperage of the motor , hydraulic holding pressure of each Roller.
